Mr. Fronzuto is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. In 2006, he founded the Fronzuto Law Group, and his practice is entirely devoted to the representation of individuals injured as a result of medical malpractice, with a particular emphasis on cases involving children, including birth injury and pediatric malpractice matters. He is designated trial counsel and personally supervises all aspects of every case handled by the Firm.
Mr. Fronzuto is a frequent lecturer and recognized authority on trial practice related to medical malpractice, pediatric malpractice, and birth injury litigation. His trial and appellate work includes countless multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, as well as significant matters before the New Jersey Supreme Court, including his successful argument in Guichardo v. DeLisi, 177 N.J. 45 (2003) (a seminal “discovery rule” case) and Brugaletta v. Garcia, 234 N.J. 225 (2018) (involving the Patient Safety Act and hospital investigation records). He has likewise been asked to participate as counsel on behalf of the New Jersey Association for Justice as “amicus curia” or “friend of the court” on important issues effecting the rights of individuals injured as the result of medical malpractice, birth trauma and pediatric malpractice.
Mr. Fronzuto received a B.A. from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Constitutional Law Journal. Prior to entering private practice, he served a one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable John E. Keefe, in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
